Praying with beads has been a long-standing wisdom practice since way beyond literate memory. Crafting rosaries and malas is a companionable-way practice that connects me more concretely and creatively to the world around me, to friends old and new. I work with gemstones and wooden beads, mostly, but like to know what the hands who will hold them like to hold, feel, sense as they pray/meditate.
